Let me help you find a home why work with me

Kelsey first fell in love with the Wood River Valley during childhood vacations from her hometown of Bellevue, Washington. That love only deepened over the years — through decades spent on the ice as a competitive figure skater, college weekends road-tripping from Boise to Sun Valley, and eventually, a marriage proposal on the outdoor rink that made her dream of living here full-time feel inevitable.

Since making Hailey her permanent home in 2013, Kelsey has grown deep roots in the community — both personally and professionally. Now raising a family of her own, she spends her time enjoying all that the valley such a vibrant place to live year-round. In the summer, you can find Kelsey at the 4th of July parade and rodeo, farmer’s markets, playing a round of golf at The Valley Club or just walking the trails with her dog. In the winter, her favorite activities include Sun Valley Suns games, ripping down Dollar with her daughter, or sneaking away for a Roundhouse date with her husband. She still laces up her skates (and is now teaching her daughter, too), but her day-to-day focus is helping others find their place in this special corner of Idaho.

Kelsey works with buyers and sellers throughout the valley, but especially loves helping families and first-time Sun Valley buyers discover their perfect neighborhood. Whether you're purchasing your first home or your first vacation property, Kelsey brings a grounded perspective and genuine enthusiasm for helping clients build a lifestyle — not just close a deal.

With a background in digital marketing and a degree in Public Relations from Boise State, Kelsey offers sellers a unique advantage with custom, targeted marketing strategies and extensive outreach. Her years of experience in the valley — along with her 2024 & 2025 Onyx Award from Engel & Völkers — speak to her knowledge, tenacity, and client-first approach.

For Kelsey, real estate is about more than transactions. It’s about helping people find their place in a community she’s proud to call home.
